A huge amount of ENERGY is inspired by patterns within nature, which all fed into the creation of the stunning landscape image that is seen on the cover of our 3rd studio album.
To further bring this album to life, we have created an immersive meta-verse of the artwork, crafted using 105,851,972 blocks in Minecraft that spans a square mile of rolling hills, roiling streams, and dark caverns.
Deep in the caves under the land’s surface are three (literally) underground clubs inspired by iconic venues around the world, including Guy’s kitchen as seen in our ‘Kitchen Mix’ streams. If you tuned into our recent Cercle stream, you might also spot the viewing platform we performed from recreated on the hillside too.
As you explore the realm, you’ll have a chance to do some digital crate-digging, hunting for hidden records loaded with 8-bit reworks of some of our most-loved tracks and other easter eggs.
How To Play
Our multiplayer server for the Disclosure ENERGY Minecraft Experience will be live until Friday 4th September.
The experience requires the Java Edition of Minecraft, available for Windows, Linux and MacOS, which can be purchased here.
To access the server, open Minecraft and click “Multiplayer”. From here click “Add Server” and use the address in the “Server Address” field.
We will soon be making the world available for download also, to play in single player mode. This will remain available once the multiplayer server has closed.
